       Post and Email

       Calls on the phone

    • Both inbound and outbound calls may be recorded since we use them for compliance and training. In order to improve, we find it helpful to listen to dialogues again.
    • If there are any ambiguities that need to be clarified, we may occasionally need to listen to a recorded call.
    • Instead than being saved on a third party cloud platform, calls are recorded and stored on our property. Our telephony platform’s server is fully encrypted on the disc.
    • As soon as we feel we won’t need to listen to the recordings again, we remove them from our laptops. The majority of the time, 30 days after being recorded, recordings are automatically deleted from the server.
  • Access to Customer Portal
    • Additionally, we create log files from different servers, which may contain an IP address that is assigned to you or, more likely, to someone who gives you access to the Internet.
  • CCTV

How long do we keep your information?
